Solar suitcases delivered to African communities.

After assembling and providing two Solar Suitcases to needy communities in Africa in 2013-2014, MHMS focused on delivering two more in 2014-2015.

Two suitcases were constructed in 2013-2014 by MHMS students and sent to communities in need of electricity.  Below, is the entire story of the Solar Suitcases that were assembled for the Maasai (Kenya) and a school in Ghana.  It began as an after-school class to learn about electricity and how to construct a Solar Suitcase.  Included in the photo story is the Maasai visit our school, and later, their attendance at a workshop in Princeton, NJ on behalf of We Care Solar. There, they learned how to install and maintain the Solar Suitcase independently while in their home village.   Chief Joseph OLE TIPANKO and wife Cicilia can be seen in their community in this stunning video.
